Whether bought from Maillots Market or elsewhere, this service is separate from shirt sales. No shirt is supplied.
Personalisation and patches
Choose one patch or the Champions League duo (starball + foundation). The price is determined by the selected variant. Contact us before ordering another combination. Availability and compatibility must be confirmed.
Origin of the materials
We prioritise official printing when available and verified. An unofficial reproduction may be offered, including from Le Bon Flocage, only after informing you and obtaining your agreement. Official provenance is never guaranteed before verification.
Shipping and timing
After payment, shipping instructions are sent by email. Your shirt must be clean, carefully packed and accompanied by your order number. Shipping to the workshop is separate from return shipping, charged at checkout at CHF 2.00 for Switzerland and CHF 14.00 for supported European destinations outside Switzerland.
Allow around 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of your shirt, depending on compatibility, availability of materials, supplier lead times and complexity. Shipping to the workshop is not included in this estimate.
Inspection and precautions
Heat application may damage old, delicate or already damaged fabrics. We inspect the shirt before any work. If the service cannot be carried out, we do not proceed: we contact you to agree on an appropriate refund and return shipping under the terms accepted before purchase. Refunds are not automated.
Returns
The Maillots Market refund policy applies. Personalised shirts and shirts printed to order cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact us before any return if we made an error or there is a defect.

Shipping, returns and timing
Around 1 to 2 weeks after we receive your shirt. This estimate depends on fabric compatibility, printing availability, supplier lead times and the complexity of the service. Shipping to the workshop is not included.
Send a clean shirt, carefully packed, with your order number inside the parcel. You pay for shipping to Maillots Market; this is not included in the service price. Wait for the instructions sent after payment.
Return shipping for your shirt: CHF 2.00 within Switzerland or CHF 14.00 to supported European destinations outside Switzerland, charged at checkout. You pay for shipping to our workshop. If you also buy a shirt, it is shipped separately and its usual shipping fees are added.

Service terms
Heat application carries risks for old, delicate or already damaged fabrics: marks, discolouration or damage can occur. We inspect compatibility before any application and contact you if a particular risk is identified.
The Maillots Market refund policy applies. Personalised shirts and shirts printed to order cannot be returned for a change of mind. If we made an error or there is a defect, contact us before returning anything. If your shirt is incompatible before any work begins, we will contact you to agree on an appropriate refund and return shipping. Refunds are never automatic.

Can I send a shirt bought elsewhere?
Yes. This service is for shirts you already own, whether bought from Maillots Market or another store. No shirt is included in the service.
Can I choose my own name?
Yes: a first name, surname, nickname or favourite player. MESSI 10 and DUPONT 7 follow the same pricing structure. Available characters depend on the supplier and lettering.
Is the printing official?
We prioritise official printing. If the official version is unavailable, we may offer an unofficial reproduction with your prior agreement. The origin is confirmed after verification.
Can I order several patches?
Choose one patch or the Champions League duo: starball + foundation. The duo costs CHF 29.90 on its own, or CHF 69.90 with a name and number. For another combination, contact us before ordering.
When should I send the photos?
After ordering, email them with your order number and shirt reference. Send a photo of the front, one of the back and a detail photo if needed. Customer photos are never published on the website.
What happens if my shirt is unsuitable?
We will not apply the printing. We will contact you to agree on an appropriate refund and return shipping under the terms shown before purchase. We never order from the supplier or apply any printing before payment has been received and compatibility has been checked.
