Maillots Market is an online shop specialising in authentic new or second-hand football jerseys, carefully selected, checked and transparently described.
Products may be new, second-hand, from previous collections or show slight signs of use depending on their condition. Each product is presented with the information available when it is listed.
3. Products and authenticity
Maillots Market undertakes to offer only authentic jerseys, checked before being offered for sale. Checks may cover internal labels, product references, material quality, finishing, logos, sponsors, printing and details specific to the model.
Despite the care taken with these checks, customers are asked to carefully review the photos, description, size, condition and any stated defects before ordering.
Brands, clubs, kit manufacturers, competitions, sponsors and players mentioned on the website remain the property of their respective rights holders. 4. Prices, currency and VAT

Orders are shipped from Switzerland. For deliveries outside Switzerland, the total amount paid to Maillots Market excludes any import taxes (including VAT), customs duties and customs clearance or import processing fees charged upon delivery by customs authorities or the carrier. 5. Orders
Customers can order directly on maillotsmarket.ch by adding the desired products to their cart and following the confirmation and payment steps.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated and the customer has received an order confirmation by email.
Maillots Market reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an obvious error, a stock problem, suspected fraud, incomplete information or failure to comply with these terms.

Most jerseys offered on Maillots Market are available as a single item. Product availability can therefore change quickly.
In the exceptional event that a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may receive a full refund for the item concerned.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the payment providers offered through Shopify.
Depending on the options enabled in the shop, customers may pay by bank card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or TWINT, among others.
For a TWINT payment, the customer must authorise it through the TWINT app. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated.
Maillots Market does not retain the customer's full bank card details.
8. Delivery
Maillots Market mainly ships orders within Switzerland. Delivery times and charges are stated when placing the order or in the website's shipping policy.
Delivery times are indicative. Maillots Market cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, an incorrect or incomplete address, force majeure or any event beyond its control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when ordering.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
Under Swiss law, there is no general automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases unless the seller offers one voluntarily.
Maillots Market nevertheless offers the possibility of a return within 14 days after receipt, subject to the conditions in its refund policy available on the website.
To be accepted, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without excessive use or deliberate damage and with any tags or items provided with the shipment.
